- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

- Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (personal care powders), we do not accept returns unless:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions (please check ingredients before use)
- Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay/Amazon Pay/etc.).
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.
- Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
